ASTROBIO™ CX replaces cyclohexanone (CAS 108-94-1) in coatings, adhesives, paints and inks based on acrylics, epoxies, alkyds, vinylics, polyesters, melamines, urethanes, phenolics, ABS and furfuryl alcohol resins, and in industrial cleaning and degreasing. A bio-based solvent blend from renewable raw materials, developed in Italy since 2006, with great solvency power for rosins, nitrocellulose, modified cellulose and some kinds of nylons.
