ASTROBIO™ VG is a high performance, plant derived bio-solvent suitable for heavy-duty industrial cleaning and degreasing operations. Rapidly dissolves greases, lubricant, tar, bitumen, asphalt, heavy hydrocarbons and combustion residues. ASTROBIO™ VG can be used pure or diluited in water. It’s used for cleaning and manteinance in chemical processing plants, gas production plants, off-shore drilling platforms (RIG WASH), glass and steel foundries, refineries (pipe line cleaning), mining industry and in wood processing industry (slip agent and odorless sawing lubricant). ASTROBIO™ VG has no labeling, so it meets the needs of production and maintenance managers in terms of performance, absence of toxicity, environmental and safety criteria.

ASTROBIO™ G grades are  high performance, plant derived solvent blends coming mainly from natural oils (e.g. soy, rapeseed, palm and/or sunflower). Fully miscible with many organic solvents and completely or partially not miscibile with water. They have very high boiling point, slow evaporation rate and a great solvency power for many kinds of resins, polymers and soils. ASTROBIO™ G grades are used to make hand cleaners, mastic/adhesive/graffiti removers, industrial cleaners, paint strippers, paints and coatings. They are very powerful asphalt or concrete release agent, being safer than many other fossil based solvents like diesel, gas oil or kerosene. They are also used for cleaning and manteinance in industrial settings cause it readily dissolves greases, lubricant, tar, bitumen, asphalt, heavy hydrocarbons and combustion residues. ASTROBIO™ G grase have no or very light labeling, so they meet safety needs of production and maintenance managers.
