ASTROBIO™ NV grades are sustainable, bio-based solvent blends that are completely hydroxyl free, so they are compatible with systems containing reactive -NCO groups. They are used to formulate urethane coatings, adhesives, paints and inks, and bio-based paint strippers, PU cleaners and industrial detergents. The family has six grades: NV, NV3, NV5, NV9, NV11 and NV13.

ASTROBIO™ NV, NV3, NV5, NV9, NV11 and NV13 are hydroxyl-free specialties for polyurethane (PU) coating formulation and for cleaning. They have the same functionality and a different evaporation rate (RER). No single solvent is replaced: you choose the grade that suits your process.
